We will not sell your personal data. We may share aggregated or anonymized information that does not identify you. We may disclose data to:
- Service providers who perform services on our behalf (analytics, crash reporting, hosting)
- Law enforcement or government authorities when required by law or to protect our rights

6. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for users ages 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.
7. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
GDPR (EU residents): If you are in the European Economic Area, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal data. You may also have the right to restrict or object to certain processing and the right to data portability.
CCPA (California residents): If you are a resident of California, you may have the right to request disclosure of categories of personal information we collect, request deletion of personal information, and opt out of the sale of personal information (if applicable).

We implement reasonable security measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. However, no internet transmission or storage can be guaranteed 100% secure. Use the App at your own risk.
10. International Transfers
Data (including analytics data) may be processed in countries other than your own. By using the App, you consent to transfer of information to countries that may have different data protection laws.
11. Push Notifications
If the App uses push notifications, these are used to send general updates or a single "daily pickup line" if enabled. You can opt out of push notifications in your device settings.
12. App Store & Play Store Compliance
Google Play: We comply with Google Play policies regarding user data, permissions, and advertising ID usage. The App requests only permissions required for core functionality. Any use of Advertising ID follows Google policy (including reset & opt-out behavior).
Apple App Store: We comply with Apple guidelines on data use, privacy disclosures, and the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. If the App requests tracking permission on iOS, this will be explicitly prompted and is optional.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy periodically. If we make material changes, we will post the new policy with an updated "Effective Date" and, where appropriate, notify you through the App or other means.
